There are many well marked trails along the coast and upp in the mountains.If you would like to have more information about walking in the Algarve, the Algarve Tourism Board published a guide and an in-depth overview of walking trails in the region.

ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY! Spend a day in the town of SILVES. Walk the cobbled streets leading from the Arade river up to the castle and feel the relaxed atmosphere and history. Visit the castle and enjoy the views. The yearly medieval festival taking place in Silves in August, is something we highly recommend.

The "sacred water" of Monchique were used for treatment of bodily and spiritual fatigue already by the Romans a century before the birth of christ. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the nature before you sit down at the cobbled square for a cup of coffee.

Take the Carvoeiro board walk to Algar Seco. Only a few minutes walk from Vila Strand. Explore the rock formations or just sit down and look at the stunning coast line. Have lunch at restaurant Boneca bar beautifully located at the cliffs.

Penthouse apartment with private terrace with a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean. Literally 20 m from the edge of the cliff over the Paraíso beach. Potentially the best location in Carvoeiro!
A very private and quiet location, yet only a few minutes walk to the center of Carvoeiro.

Take the shortcut through the garden to the stairs down to the beach for a morning swim.
Walk on the trails and board walks along the coastline, maybe all the way to Spain.
Relax at the pool.
Enjoy the restaurants and nightlife in Carvoeiro.
Go to bed to the sound of the ocean.

There is plenty of private parking space inside the gates, but a car is not necessary if you do not want one for your holiday.

The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with a sofa. It is the perfect apartment for two persons. Wifi and TV.

The large 10 x 5 m pool is shared only with the owners of the villa.
