The house is a fresh renewal of a traditional Portuguese house, flavoured with scandinavian cozyness. The main house has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and an open kitchen with livingroom and a bathroom downstairs. Air condition in all rooms. Sleeps 4 (+2 in sofa bed). All kitchen and bathroom amenities available.
The serene and bright garden has a barbeque area and sitting group, and a separate space in front of the annex.
There is a closed parking space within the property for one car. In the spring and summer the trees will be carrying loquat and fig fruits. The area is central, calm and only a 7 minutes walk to Praia da Poça beach and to the beach promenade, where you can walk all the way to Cascais. Restaurants, shops, butcher, hairdresser and manicure/pedicure are all within walking distance, as well as SUP board rentals and yoga studios. There is a 15 minutes walk to the famous Casino Estoril.
Price:
Low season: 110 Euro (15.October - 30.April, except Christmas, Easter and carnival holiday)
Mid season: Christmas, Easter, Carnival holiday + 01.May-30.June and 1.October-15.November)
High season: 230 Euro (01.July - 30.September)
