The property is situated in Tires, Rua Ramalho Ortigão Tires, 2785-152 São Domingos de Rana, in the municipality of Cascais, a very quiet area, only villas and no traffic, fantastic to rest, after an active day exploring all that the county of Cascais has to offer .

The villa has two floors, on the first floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and the dining room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. In the kitchen there is a door to the back of the villa where there is a porch where you can enjoy a quiet meal and also access to a top floor where you can find sun lounger to relax in the sun.
Guests can enjoy the grounds – which are perfect for children to play.
Three rooms with double beds and a sofa bed gives the Villa the capacity for 7 persons.
A perfect house for families (up to six adult - couples) or groups of friends to enjoy Lisbon wonderful sun and light.
The Villa is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home.
Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free.
We are happy to recommend restaurants and shops, and to give directions, information or local hints to make guests’ stay more enjoyable.
It is a quiet place, having around it several local restaurants,3 minutes walk from the home , ("O Pica Peixe" or "O Fiorde") at fantastic prices, homemade pastries, local supermarket with bakery 6 minutes walk from home , pharmacy and local cafes all 5 minutes walk away . Big supermarket (Continent and Lidl) within walking distance (15 minutes), grocery stores, direct public transport to Oeiras, Carcavelos, Parede, Cascais center , Sintra etc) and even public transport to and from the railway stations of Oeiras and Carcavelos that will take you to all cities you want to visit, beaches, theme parks, leisure areas, shopping areas.
It is possible to enjoy various activities in the area, such as: beaches, surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing, horse riding, golf, diving, cycling, hiking and fishing.

The Cascais-Estoril promenade is an enjoyable 3km walk that extends from fishing town of Cascais to the small village of Sao Joao do Estoril. The route follows the sea walls and sea defences that line the beaches and rock outcrops of the coastline.
The promenade is flat and is suitable to visitors of all ages and abilities. The Estoril promenade passes many of the region’s best beaches and there are many interesting sights, historical buildings, outdoor cafes, many restaurants and shops.
