O que se come é um grande tema para quem vai viajar, mas ainda há algum tabu com a comida da China, que é tão diferente da que encontramos nos restaurantes chineses em Portugal e também da ideia errónea de que só comem cães e baratas!

Este Julho, ao longo da nossa viagem pela Rota da Seda, tivemos a oportunidade de nos perdermos pelos sabores autênticos deste país incrível. A comida é um festival de frescura, preparada na hora e com respeito. Cada prato é uma explosão de sabores, cores e tradições. Das bancas de rua aos mercados locais, a variedade e a riqueza dos ingredientes refletem a diversidade regional da China.

Comer na China é uma autêntica celebração da cultura e da vida!

What you eat is a big topic for anyone travelling, but there's still some taboo about Chinese food, which is so different from what you find in Chinese restaurants in Portugal and also the misconception that they only eat dogs and cockroaches!

This July, as we travelled along the Silk Road, we had the opportunity to lose ourselves in the authentic flavours of this incredible country. The food is a festival of freshness, freshly prepared with respect. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, colours and traditions. From street stalls to local markets, the variety and richness of ingredients reflect China's regional diversity.

Eating in China is a true celebration of culture and life!
