The location is near the Tivoli Hotel on a cul de sac meaning this area is very quiet, and the neighbours are lovely.

The apt. is not large, but big enough for a couple or 2 friends sharing. It is south facing, so airco in the summer will be a must.

The rent is 450€ incl. water and elect. the cooker is on gas. Hot water is with an elect. boiler.

3 Bedroom Holiday Apartment in Lagos with 2 bathrooms

Lovely comfortable, affordable sunny apartment close to everything,
shops, cafes, supermarkets, News agents, bakery for freshly made bread...and walking distance to the busy town centre.

The apartment has an entrance hall where all the divisions of the house are branched from here. The lounge has comfy sofas and
and dinning table. The TV has many tv channels to choose from and there is WIFI too.

The bedrooms are more or less the same in size, all have windows and 2 are double and one is a single bedroom.. All are comfortable and
very airy.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub the other with a shower both have a toilet and basin.

The kitchen is very spacious with a washing machine, microwave oven and the stove has an oven. There is also a large panty store any
larger items or beach toys. The varanda is a closed in one, but BBQ is permited, the windows open out wide and ideal for hanging washing too.

There is a childrens park just behind the building, for those who have younger ones dont have to go far to intertain.

This lovely modern very delightful apartment offers sun, space and very good quality furnishings and finishings.

The apartment has a SAT TV which can be connected if you wish to make use of it. The terrace is very large, ideal for young children to play, and even if it rains, there is a shelted area where a BBQ can still take place.

The lounge/dinning is very comfortable, the separate kitchen is equiped with lots all the modern appliances one would expect to have nowadays, and it has a large pantry too.

There are 2 bedrooms one being the master with an en-suite bathroom, and has access to the very large patio.

There is a lift and for those who need a private parking space that is available too, as underground open parking large enough to fit 2 cars, or a very large jeep.

The monthly rental price is 450€ with a legal contract. Min stay is one year or close to that.
