Take a trip to beautiful Fuseta! Choose either the island beach taking the boat from the harbour, or the river beach, with a lagoon like bay and gorgeous views. 🏝 A small village with a selection of restaurants serving fresh BBQ’d fish! 🐟 Well worth the 30 min drive from Quinta Rosa.

Barril beach is probably our favourite stretch of sand to visit!

🎣 Once a huge tuna fishing community, the anchors installed in the sand are from the boats that had to give up their trade in the 1970’s due to the decline of tuna fish in the area

🚂 Get the cute land train over to the beach or walk the 1.5km and take in the lovely views

🏖 Miles of golden sand and lovely blue water

🦐 Stop off in Santa Luzia on the way back for delicious fresh seafood! Yum!
