🇵🇹 A prática de apneia é uma atividade com centenas de anos. Surgiu através da necessidade de encontrar alimento no fundo do mar. Atualmente é usada principalmente para fazer caça submarina ou como desporto e o record mundial foi atingido este ano - um mergulhador croata ficou 24 minutos debaixo de água sem respirar... incrível! 🧜‍♂️🌊
🇬🇧 Free diving is an activity that is around for centuries. It started with the need to find food in the sea. Nowadays it’s mainly used for spearfishing or as a sport and the world record was reached this year - a Croatian diver was able to stay 24 minutes underwater without breathing... incredible! 🧜‍♂️🌊

🇵🇹 É impressionante... ao longo dos anos, a água da chuva vai dissolvendo as falésias e há várias aves que escolhem estes buracos para fazerem os seus ninhos. O falcão peregrino é sempre a estrela da gruta que nos recebe com o voo mais bonito e mais rápido de todos! 🦅☀️
🇬🇧 It's amazing... over the years, rainwater dissolves the cliffs and there are several birds that choose these holes to make their nests. The peregrine falcon is always the star of the cave, welcoming us with the most beautiful and fastest flights of all! 🦅☀️
