- bars/clubs will open again but you need a vaccine certificate
-NO MORE REQUIREMENT for negative covid test or vaccine -certificate at restaurants or hotels
-NO MORE RESTRICTIONS on hours of business
-NO MORE RESTRICTIONS on occupancy
-use of digital/vaccine certificates for flying/entry (details to be confirmed later) based on reciprocal acceptance
