Descrição das Funções:
- Dirigir, dinamizar e controlar a atividade do Alojamento Local;
- Recepção e acolhimento de hóspedes;
- Acompanhamento, resposta às solicitações dos hóspedes, assim como resolução de problemas;
- Gestão e acompanhamento de plataformas;
- Assegurar a gestão dos recursos humanos afetos ao Alojamento Local, em estreita articulação com a Administração, incluindo a gestão da equipa, gestão de custos e formação;
- Implementar e gerir todos os procedimentos da atividade de acordo com as regras internas definidas e com o standard de exigência da Administração;
- Acolhimento e tratamento informático da gestão de reservas, check in e check out de clientes individuais e em grupo;
- Realização de procedimentos referentes a pagamentos e demais documentação referente a recepção.

Requisitos:
- Dinâmico, activo, responsável, bom comunicador, horários flexíveis.
- Preferencialmente licenciatura em Hotelaria/Turismo;
- Conhecimentos avançados em gestão de alojamentos (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos de Excel e de Marketing/publicidade (preferencial)
- Ter carta de condução;
- Domínio fluente do Inglês (domínio de mais uma língua será considerado como uma mais-valia).
