There is also a Spa 5 minutes walk away. This condo gives you the benefit of all of Downtown as to offer but just minutes away from all the noise of the nightlife. Condo includes a private underground parking. The 1 bedroom with two single beds (can convert to King size bed upon request), bathroom includes whirlpool bath bath and shower, 2 double sofas that convert to 2 double beds. This condo features a gated shared pool and whirlpool bath, a kiddy pool and a private pool house with washrooms with shower. This spectacular condo also offers a big terrace and includes a barbecue with patio doors from the kitchen with an also a large communal sunroof terrace (private access only, accessible to 9 units only) with a spectacular view, etc. Please note before considering renting other properties, that pools are available to all units that could have, 150 or more units compared to this one is only accessible to 36 units hence, very private. The kitchen is fully fitted to a very high standard. The lounge has ample seating with WIFI, satellite TV, DVD, CD surround sound (Smart phone friendly) in all the rooms.
