Recently renovated, the apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator in a traditional neighborhood with grocery stores, cafes, pharmacies and restaurants, 2 minutes from the Águas Livres Aqueduct, near Campolide Campus Nova University.
Amoreiras shopping center with shops, cinemas and a big supermarket is at 5 minutes by foot. In 15 minutes, El Corte Ingles. The Marques de Pombal Square, Edward VII Park and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation are also within walking distance. If you prefer nature, Monsanto Park and its green corridor for bicycles and jogging circuits is at five minutes distance.
In Campolide there's the first wall of street art of Lisbon.
