"If you are looking for a downtown location in the heart of it all, look no further. Perfect placement in the city. Walkable to many restaurants and sights. Host met us at door for check in which was super helpful. He even brought the famous egg tarts as a welcome gift. Great stay. We would rent again."

"Our family of six had a lovely stay during our time in Lisbon. The elevator helped us get luggage up and down and although the street outside is very narrow (and a bit stressful to unload in) check in/out was a breeze. The apartment itself is very charming and large. A/C was a bonus. And there is a very large bathroom w double sinks and a bathtub - great for our four kids. The location is great - coffee shops and restaurants all around. Martin also recommended an excellent tour company for our trip to Sintra. We had a great stay!"

"Martin was very friendly and welcoming, and made the effort to come and greet us shortly after we let ourselves in. He made lots of great suggestions and was flexible where possible about our arrangements regarding check in and check out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in this lovely apartment situated in the heart of Lisbon. The best meal of our trip was at Em Alta na Baixa just a few hundred metres from the apartment. Sintra was well worth a day trip and we enjoyed the Museum of Contemporary Art amongst other attractions. A perfect short break which barely scratched the surface of a brilliant and vibrant city. Thank you again, Martin."

"This is a great apartment for family, or friends. In our case it was three generations of family and the apartment worked well for us. There's ample space within the apartment to socialise, or to spread out and relax. We never cooked in, but the facilities are all there should you want to. There's an abundance of local restaurants and bars and it's well sited for local transport, although we walked to the centre the majority of the time. Communication with the host was excellent with clear details provided for a self check in. Thanks for a very pleasant week."

"Our family of five adults really enjoyed our stay in this apartment for six nights over Christmas. The apartment is spacious and clean and the kitchen is well-supplied. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located in an old section of Lisbon and very "walkable." During our stay our interactions were with Luis. He was very responsive and helpful. He also arranged for transport for us to and from the airport. I highly recommend staying at this apartment."

"We enjoyed our stay greatly! The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts, Martin and Luis were extremely kind and helpful with arranging airport transfers, private tours and local recommendations. The location is very central and walkable to many sights. We would recommend the apartment to all that wish to stay in the historic Baixa neighborhood. We would happily return. Thank you!"

"This Airbnb is in the heart of Baixa & Chiado in the heart of Lisbon. It is a great location for walking around and there is plenty to see. It’s close to the water, several squares, the train & bus and there are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a washer dryer. Our hosts Luis and Martin were amazing! They were very responsive and very helpful in suggesting tours and activities for me and my group. They are by far the best and most helpful hosts I’ve had when using Airbnb!"

The villa was in a perfect location for us, quiet surroundings but only 25 minutes walk from the Marina. The pool was brilliant and the garden space great.
