Our place in the sun

I had been going to Loule for nearly 10 years with buddies from the local pub for boys weekends sampling the local food and wine and in 2014 decided it was about time I introduced Karen to the area. Didn’t really think she’d have a strong opinion either way but to my surprise she loved it and we set about looking for a holiday home. After viewing a lot of properties all around the Loule area we were taken to see Casa do Monte Princesa and fell in love with the place, especially the views. Once we purchased the property we set about on a refurbishment project; the pool was retiled, pool heating commissioned, balustrades replaced, veranda’s repaired, air conditioning installed, new shutters, a lick of paint and a few deliveries of outdoor furniture and I think we’re done! We spend as much time there as we can but due to other commitments there is still so much of the year when we cannot be in the Algarve and we are pleased to offer our second home for holiday rental to respectful families and groups.

We are properly registered with a Portuguese touristic rental licence Alojamento Local- no: 32250/AL
