On this Mountain Day, our trip to Madeira Island takes you to see the highest mountains on the island.
Here you'll feel what it's like to walk in the heart of the mountains with your feet in the Atlantic Ocean.
The days start early, as there is no place like it to see the sunrise.
We'll walk among mysterious trails, Laurisilva forest and laurel trees.
We'll follow the levadas, narrow paths and sinister tunnels carved into the rock.
These will be days when you'll be able to see some amazing views.
Some people say that this island is the Hawaii of Europe, but we don't, we say that Madeira is a unique island.
