From Foia (902 mtrs) down to sea level. This (soft) XC off-road ride shows you the best single and double trails in the Serra de Monchique.

There he is again. The boy in orange is not our youngest participant ever. Because he was that last week 😁😁
What a great (Belgium) team on the bicycle today, all downhill from Foia (902 m) to sea level.
Today we followed only quiet tarmac roads in the beautiful Serra de Monchique.
