Of course, temperatures are starting to fall but the weather is still very pleasant, especially if you are from Northern Europe.

The temperature is cooler but the sun is usually shinning, so it's the perfect weather for golf holidays or a walking holiday. And yes, our Christmas has no snow, but it has a colder sun that is also funny!

- Who am I? Here you can think about what you like to do, your values and motivations.

- What events have marked my life so far and what have they made me feel? Here you must think about how these events led you to be who we are today.

- What do I want to achieve with this information? It means that being aware of who I am and what I've been through, what I want to materialize.

- Given the environment where I live, what small actions can I take to make this possible?

These questions will help you align expectations because they will give you a direction about who you are, what you want and how you can get there. Most of the time, expectations are out of line with reality because we don't stop to ask good questions! So, don't be afraid of the answers.
