Use of face shields in NAIA terminals and inside the aircraft is now voluntary.

Alert for Passengers of Flights to Saudi Arabia:

All Philippine Airlines flights to and from Riyadh and Dammam (Saudi Arabia) will continue to operate as scheduled.

However, for flights from Manila to Riyadh and Dammam, we will not be able to accept Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) holding work visas until further notice. This is to comply with the Philippine Government's latest directive suspending their deployment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will only be able to resume carrying such OFWs once the suspension is lifted or modified by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

For flights from Riyadh and Dammam to Manila, we are able to carry OFWs in line with the usual practice. as part of our commitment to bring home our valued OFW passengers so that they may be reunited with their families.

1. Convert your ticket to a travel voucher with 10% bonus and valid for up to 2 years, which must be requested on or before June 30, 2021.

2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge.

3. Refund your ticket without penalties
