Festivalul de Film şi Istorii Râşnov a ajuns la cea de-a 15-a ediție, care se va desfășura în perioada 13 – 27 august 2023.

Ca în fiecare an, vă dăm întâlnire în Grădina Cetății Râșnov, în Grădina Schubz, la Cinematograful Amza Pellea, în Biserica Evanghelică și în Piața Unirii din Râșnov, dar și la Brașov (Bastionul Țesătorilor) și în alte localități din județ, să ne bucurăm împreună de filme, muzică, dezbateri și cultură.
Tema acestei ediții este RADICALIZAREA!

"Sarmale" are a typical dish of Romanian and Balkan cuisine.

They are rolls of pickled cabbage leaves or vine leaves blanched in salted water, which enclose a mixture of minced meat, rice and lightly sautéed onion and are generally served with sour cream.

What is certain is that they are a dish loved by all! At our Chalet, the skilled hands of our staff will be happy to cook you many traditional local dishes.
