We are a small crew of hard working and open minded people, bound together by the love for nature, for the outdoor activities, for adventures of all kind, and above all - for mountain biking!
Every unique experience is the brainchild of our passionate and experienced mountain bike guides. Simply put, Robert Dobai and Wouter Cleppe designed, tested and rode hundreds of mtb tours around Europe’s most challenging places and successfully guided countless riders through their ultimate adventure!
Robert is a former elite national champion in marathon and a cycling coach, while Wouter is a well known Belgian international race winner. Between them, they share more than 35 years of mountain biking, including two top 15 finishes in the Bike Transalp, to name only a few. But they are not the only mountain bike guides at The North Quest.
Suzi Hilbert, multiple national champion both in XCO and XCM is an exquisite female racer who not only takes care of the women camps, but is also riding side by side with the boys. Sharp, fearless and quick-witted, she’s a valuable guide no matter the destination, ready to surprise you with valuable tips & tricks.
Here at The North Quest you will always find the right group to fit in depending on your level of skills and physical training. Each track is carefully designed to deliver the right amount of adrenaline which always results in a huge release of endorphins, big pleasure and ear-to-ear smiles!
Because after all, our mountain biking experiences are nothing but a reflection of the infinite passion and know how we have put in rigorously developing each destination, route or setup, just as we mountain bikers would love things to feel, look and taste like!
Five amazing years have passed ever since we first decided to live our most intense experiences while mountain biking up and down the mountain, discovering new cultures and making close relationships. We've practically grown up by your side, focusing on your specific needs and demands, always trying to craft our events in such a way that they will live up to your expectations, introducing as much diversity as possible.
As a result, you can now choose anywhere from apprentice camps, warrior camps, women camps, gravity camps and e-bike friendly mtb camps. Whether you’re the type of a relaxed mountain biker who is avid for culture, or you’re rather a more experienced, technically skilled racer, or both, we’ve got you covered.
Our packages range from camps, trips, custom tours, daily rides featuring the local culture, traditional food and sightseeing - that are less physically demanding, to other ones that mainly focus on more demanding mountain bike rides or skills training sessions.
Besides, you can choose from local adventures through forests, mountain ridges, rock gardens, bloody roots, single tracks, forest roads, alpine pastures or join us in exploring exquisite territories in countries such as Italy, Austria, Spain or Slovenia. We have something for every need!
And if you are more interested in taking your workouts to the next level, then you'll be happy to know that we have started offering our personal training packages on a larger scale. A skillful cycling trainer and a specialist doctor in diabetes, nutrition and metabolic diseases will not just be by your side, but strictly monitor your performance, happily guiding you through this new experience!
