LifeInMotion by Alex Ciobanu is a lifestyle concept dedicated to everyone that wants to improve their health, lose weight, increase flexibility, develop a good posture and a balanced nutrition. That moment I realized that I need to completely change my life. So I began to do all sort of sports(especially fitness ) and soon I realized that this is not only about “going to the gym”,lifting some weig
hts and wait for fast results. It was about changing your lifestyle experience completely. It's an entire science behind that, composed by: motivation, exercise, nutrition, training, good posture, life style etc. So I have started my journey full of enthuziasm.
18 months later I’m almost 31 and only 78 kg. Still an IT guy but also an Accredited Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer that wants to help others to change their lives. This concept is not only about going to gym 5 times per week, lifting heavy weights, having rigurous diets for long or short periods of time. It’s about a journey and a perfect challenge for every sedentary individual that lost his faith for a moment. Is it possible for someone having an office job, sitting 8-9 h/day on a chair, to have also time for himself? To have time to exercise for a toned body, a good posture and even for lowering the stress level while inspiring peace of mind? Most of those sedentary guys will answer NO? Or, -"maybe if I quit my job that will be possible"! And we can't blame these guys for such answers but we can tell them that these are false. Yes it is possible to achieve all of the above and the solution for that is to adopt our LifeInMotion concept!
