Unirii water show 2024!

The artesian fountains in Bucharest are the first urban fountains in Europe to benefit from cutting-edge water entertainment equipment and technology. Some elements are unique in Europe, such as the entirely digitally monitored system, allowing control of any individual unit of the 44 independent fountains. Unirii Boulevard is nearly 1.4 kilometres long in total.

The fountains in Unirii Square, built in the late 1980s, were recognized, approved, and published in 2019 by the World Record Academy as the Longest String of Synchronized Choreographic Fountains in the World, with a water surface of 16,200 m2 and are unique by their arrangement in the centre of the Capital.

The Urban Fountains in Piaţa Unirii will offer visitors multimedia shows from Friday until Sunday until the beginning of October. They have varied themes, and the selected songs complete the magic the water and lights show created. In May and August, the show will start at 9:00 p.m (8:30 PM – 10:30 PM); In June and July, they will return at 9:30 p.m (9:00 PM – 11:00 PM); and in September and October, they will begin at 8:00 p.m (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM). The shows last about 45 minutes, and it’s free to attend.

"Cosmopolitan”, r***e américaine basée à New York : l'église fortifiée de Biertan, parmi les 22 destinations touristiques du monde à voir.

"Biertan ressemble à une petite ville d'un film de Disney, mais si vous voulez voir d'autres scènes qui semblent sortir d'un livre de contes, visitez l'église fortifiée de la ville, d'une beauté incroyable", écrivent les rédacteurs de Cosmopolitan.

La première attestation documentaire de Biertan remonte à 1283, et depuis 1397, Biertan figure comme forteresse.

Au-dessus des rangées de maisons disposées autour de la place centrale s'élève l'église de la ville, un impressionnant monument de culte qui combine harmonieusement les styles gothique et Renaissance, défendu par trois murs d'enceinte avec des tours et des bastions médiévaux.

L'église actuelle a été construite entre 1486-1524, dans le style gothique tardif, et est la dernière de Transylvanie construite dans ce style. Ceux qui ont réalisé l'autel de l'église entre 1483 et 1513 ont été fortement influencés par le style des artisans de Vienne et de Nuremberg. Avec ses 28 panneaux peints, l'autel de l'église fortifiée de Biertan est l'un des plus grands du pays.

„Biertan seamănă cu un orășel dintr-un film Disney, însă dacă vrei să cauți și alte scene care să pară desprinse din cărțile de povești, vizitează biserica fortificată din localitate, care este incredibil de frumoasă”, scriu editorii „Cosmopolitan”.

Localitatea Biertan este atestată documentar din 1283, iar din anul 1397, Biertanul este atestat ca cetate.

Deasupra șirurilor de case dispuse în jurul pieței centrale se înalță biserica-cetate, un monument de cult impresionant care îmbină armonios stilul gotic cu cel al Renașterii, apărat de trei ziduri de incintă cu turnuri și bastioane medievale.

Biserica actuală a fost ridicată în 1486-1524, în stil gotic-târziu, fiind ultima din Transilvania înălțată în acest stil. Cei care au realizat altarul bisericii în perioada anilor 1483 – 1513 au fost puternic influențați de stilul meșterilor din Viena și din Nuremberg. Cu cele 28 de panouri pictate, altarul bisericii fortificate din Biertan este unul dintre cele mai mari din țară.
