🏕️We are looking for a part-time Operations Manager in Bucharest!
About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee Bucharest operations during the rental season (May to October). This includes campervan drop-offs, pick-ups, and ensuring vehicles are ready for the next rental.
We only rent out the campervans for full weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. Workload varies, with most tasks on Saturdays, and sometimes Fridays or Sundays.
Responsibilities
Campervan drop-off (before 10:00 AM): Inspect returned vans for damage, fuel levels, and inventory. Ensure vans are returned in great condition (clean inside and out).
Campervan preparation for the next rental: Wash bedding, do additional cleaning, check and organize camping gear, and perform basic mechanical checks (oil, tire pressure, etc.). Handle minor repairs and coordinate with mechanics for major issues.
Campervan pick-up (after 3:00 PM): Greet guests warmly, provide a detailed campervan explanation, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
About You
We’re looking for someone adventurous, hands-on, and eager to grow with us.
Key Qualifications:
Friendly, sociable, and passionate about the outdoors.
Skilled in basic repairs and troubleshooting; comfortable working with mechanics.
Flexible and reliable.
Valid driver’s license (Category B) and own transport.
Fluent in English.
