The SOD Logo is inspired by the same representation of a dragon at the house where Vlad Dracula was born in the city of Sighisoara, Transylvania.

The special elements that define the Transylvanian design of the watch are the two hemicycles at 12H and 6H with holes for both the date window as well as the moon-phase indicator. This particularity takes its inspiration from the medieval Transylvanian castles.

Another key aspect of the design is the double layered dial with red indexes on the first layer and fang-shaped excisions on the upper layer. The centre of the dial is built to emphasize the bat shape of the embossed inner dial, carved with wooden horizontal lines and inspired by the Transylvanian mythology.
