S.C. was established on 17.10.2014, being registered with the Bihor County Trade Registry under the registration number J05/1573/2014 and unique registration code (CUI) RO33705997, as an exclusively privately owned company. The company carries out its business activity according to the
Romanian legislation in force. The head office of the company is located in Oradea, office phone + 4 0359 197218; fax: + 4 0359 197231and the working point is located on Traian Lalescu street, no 1, city of Oradea, Bihor county, Romania. By its legal status, the company may establish branches and subsidiaries, both in the country and abroad. The main business activity is manufacture of footwear, classified in the NACE code under position 1520. Our company has 150 employees and many collaborators, and its clients are mainly legal entities.Passing through all the stages of production (cutting, binding, mounting) we make 1500 pairs of shoes a day.During these years we were able to produce all types of shoes: men's, lady's and children's, but we can say our specialty are sneakers and we can make them in all styles: strobel, mounted, sack, tubular. For ladies we make flats, boots, half boots, platforms and for children we make all styles of shoes from sneakers to mocassins and half boots. The demand for our products on the foreign product market has been steadily increasing, i.e. 18% by the end of 2016. If in 2014 our company focused especially on the quantity of products manufactured, during the last 3 years, because of the increasing international competition in the footwear manufacturing industry, it was necessary to reorganize our production, first of all focusing on the quality thereof, so we became some of the most important manufacturers and service providers in the field of footwear, both in the country and abroad, thanks to the efforts made to find a balance between the cost of materials and labor when compared to the goods and services offered. Our company aims to significantly increase its productivity by the end of the current year, maintaining or even improving the quality of its products. At the international fairs in Milan, Florence (Italy), Madrid (Spain), Paris, Dusseldorf, New York (USA) and Russia, the footwear samples produced by our company for the contracted clients ranked first, which has led some of our clients to take concrete steps by withdrawing from the Asian countries a considerable number of footwear production outsourcing activities, and redirecting almost all their production in Romania to our company. Through our clients we manufacture top quality footwear for the best brands across the world: such as: Moncler, Tomy Hilfiger, Pantofola D'Oro, Puma, P***o, Android, Versace etc.

In order to maintain and raise the quality level of its products and services, the company has made over the years steady efforts both to acquire and operate state-of-the-art technologies and to properly train its staff to maintain the end products at the highest possible competitive level. In order to supply raw materials and materials, the company has concluded short, medium and long-term contracts with a relatively large number of suppliers both from the country and abroad. The products and services offered by these companies are qualitatively compatible with those of the most competitive companies in the industry.

In analyzing these indicators, we focus on the turnover rate, which is the main objective and criterion for assessing the company's activity. Lately, due to the measures taken, there has been a continuous increase in our turnover determined both by its two intrinsic factors, but also by a number of external factors such as low inflation, an increased purchasing power of the population and thus resulting in a considerable increase in company’s profit. Through direct coordination, company’s management seeks to synchronize its decisions and staff actions within the forecast and planning departments. Company’s management systematically organize meetings with staff to clarify work and organizational issues, as well as meetings with the representatives of the collaborating companies to set up the best strategies to improve productivity in the activity thereof. Since only by adequate motivation of the staff the latter can support the achievement of the company's goals, the incentives offered to the personnel consist in attractive salaries and bonuses.
