🏰 Mănăstirea, întemeiată în 1998, a fost sfințită de Preasfinţitul Episcop Ioan Selejan pe 10 septembrie 2000. Prima construcţie din ansamblul mănăstiresc este o bisericuţă din lemn, construită în stil maramureşean. În perioada 2000-2004 au fost efectuate lucrări la corpul de chilii, trapeza, arhondaricul, paraclisul de iarnă şi biserica mare, iar până în 2009 au fost finalizate lucrările de pictura; în iunie 2009 a început pictura bisericii principale dedicată Nașterii Sfântului Ioan Botezătorul.

🕍 Casa cu Arcade a fost construită în stil neoclasic între 1818 și 1822, a servit, printre altele, drept închisoare pentru prizonieri, în anul 1854 organizatorii complotului antihabsburgic, Váradi József și Bartalis Ferenc, petrecându-şi aici noaptea dinaintea execuției. Între 1958 şi 2002 aici a fost sediul Arhivelor Naţionale Covasna, iar în prezent, clădirea complet renovată în 2008, găzduiește expoziții și evenimente organizate de diverse instituții și muzee.

🌲 Valea Zălanului este una dintre cele mai ascunse așezări din județul Covasna, însă și una dintre cele mai faimoase, deoarece regele britanic Carol al III-lea aici, în acest "skansen viu", și-a cumpărat o proprietate. Aproape de domeniul monarhului britanic, găsiți Baia Bugyogó, cu un mic bazin și o mică mofetă în peisaj. Este locul ideal pentru a vă răcori picioarele în apa minerală rece, după o drumeție în Ținutul Pădurilor, iar apoi să încercați baia uscată, adică mofeta.

Traseul „Easy Ride” este ușor, uneori moderat dificil, cu o lungime de 16,70 km și o diferență de nivel de 500 m. Acesta începe de la bifurcația drumului Șugaș Băi -
Pădurea Rotundă. Traseul „Ride” este de dificultate medie, cu o lungime de 17,53 km și o diferență de nivel de 660 m altitudine şi începe deasemenea de la bifurcația mai sus menționată.

Casa Muzeu de la Arcuș este o bogată colecție de obiecte etnografice, folclorice și de istorie locală, ce numără în prezent peste 8.000 de exponate și care se îmbogățește în continuare cu piese noi. Dacă vizitați locația veți descoperi tot felul de obiecte necesare în gospodăriile și bucătăriile (și) de odinioară, însă unicitatea expoziției se datorează colecției de peste cinci sute de fiare de călcat cu cărbuni, de diferite tipuri și mărci.
