Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate needs to be a self-starter who will work with current and potential clients on a daily basis, with accountability for leading business development and working with existing client to grow their business across assigned portfolio
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Work with Gulf Air Airlines
• Manage geographic portfolio of large Tour Operators and TMC with keen focus on increased revenue generation and goal achievement.
• Drive group business
• Develop tactical sales plan and use consultative selling style to drive revenue/ share and build strong relationships with clients (B2B)
• Develop, implement and execute annual plan, submit reports on regular basis
• Implement marketing campaigns, manage relevant marketing budget
• Prepare Russian travel market analysis and overview
• Develop customized online agency’s solutions thru in-depth data analysis, opportunity identification, market intelligence, deal building, account planning, quality account reviews and ongoing contract performance management
• Use high level of visibility in local community as conduit for promotion of company’ messaging and new business development.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in airline industry
• Sense of authority and confidence to achieve results in the negotiation process
• Demonstrated record of being highly organized, competitive, results oriented and able to work with minimal supervision in a total team environment
• Ability to actively listen and capture the true needs of our clients
• A business thinker who is able to work under pressure, balance multiple priorities with high level of initiative
• Bachelor degree
• Computer literacy
• Ability to travel as require
