HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Cooperative des promoteurs de development de Muhanga (COPRODEMU) is the initiative from young entrepreneurs joined together to invest their solid effort with idea of self reliance by creating income generating activity (IGA)
As the members of cooperative they looked toward their development, and they start with the principal activity of transforming the pineapple.

At the beginning, we start with Wine called VINAS as the first product and in our plan we will transform from pineapple the sweets, cakes, biscuits, comfitures, etc. This Activity located in the SMES (Small and Medium Enterprises) will generate the employment first of all to the members looking for job and then after to the Rwandese.
