Men are always Men😂 that why we die earlier. (Trick way to ID males)

As some bird male and female alike such as crows, you can ID male from behavior. Always they are the one take first step to defend territory and check out any intruder. As i was birding this morning i come across this guys one approached me to check out what's going one, i didn't mind i tooks some shots then i move on.

Few minutes later i encounter Brozeny Sunbird foraging around i stop for few shots both male and female flew away, i hide and wait a lit bit for picture, as usual after 3mins male fly back to check if i dismiss as it saw me observed everym movements of my arms in few seconds he took back reports😃 i waited for +5mins didn't back.

This remind me when something shout during night always men will be the first to go out to see what happen.

Most of you know me pretty well. I don’t accept very many friends of friends because I feel it’s not for me. Almost every FB friend I have known on some level, you are not just a number. But if you are on my FB, it’s because we have some connection. I would love to see if we can still chat more than just likes and actually something on each other. I decided to participate in an experience called “Meeting between Bread”. The idea is to see who reads a post without a photo. We are so consumed with technology that we forget the most important thing: good friendship. If no one is reading this message, it will be a short social experiment. But if you finish this till the end, I would love you to comment in one word about us. For example, a place, an object, a person, a moment in which you remember me. Then copy this post and post it on your page (don’t share) and I’ll go to your page and leave a word that reminds me of you. Please don’t comment if you don’t have time to copy the text. This will destroy the experiment. Let’s see who spent their time to read and respond according to the common story outside of Facebook.

Grey Crowned Cranes are common endangered species which find in Rugezi Marshland!

They know as easier captivity species which lead them to be adopted with many local people in Rwanda to keep them in their homes

Later the captivity led them to endangered status by IUCN, where many local community kill them for meats and declined their population.

*Cranes and Rwandan Culture*

Cranes are well known and have great part in Culture and history of Rwanda.

Grey Crowned Cranes are called Umusambi in kinyarwanda, it is totem of Abanyiginya, Abatsobe and Abasindi clans, it was selected for purposes of display how smartness, powerful and wisdom of these clans.

Like Abanyiginya was kingdom clan where all kings comes from, to select Cranes ancestors realize that Cranes are wise and display good behaviors compared with other animals.

*Totem and conservation*

The wise of totem was conservation purposes all things animals which belong to some clubs as totems was forbidden to kill them, so this reduced number of people who killed them.

*Historical Fan Facts*

In past times relocation from one place to another for shelter/migration was not common unless it caused by warriors, Famine or any other special issues, Cranes know as sign of need for migration.

It was believed that when crane perch on someone's house directly they tracked its next destination to migrate overthere!

Because there was no technology to monitor where it will stop, the household call their neighbors to help him /her track were that crane stopped! Then they migrant in that place in few days!.

Today Bird watching becomes fledgling hobby in Rwanda and it still need more effort to interst local community to engage in there conservation, we really enjoy birding with you and share stories of birds and local community.
