Discover Musanze

Musanze located in Northern Province is mostly famous for business tourism and agriculture because of its fertile soil and is home to mountain gorillas and has attractive landscapes
DAY 1
Early morning after taking your breakfast leave for your magical day trip start at5am drive to Musanze is about 2hrs to the countryside with a gorgeous view of the mountain range you will have a stopover for Musanze caves for a short brief before you explore the 2km long Musanze caves were formed as a result of Cenozoic rocks when you enter you will see the lava layers from both bike and sabino volcanoes later you will drive to twin lake where you will experience boat ride, bird watching later you will turn to the hotel for overnight and dinner



DAY 2

Early morning after taking your breakfast depart to Kinigi park headquarters by 7am where you will be briefed by park rangers on the rules and regulations concerning gorilla trekking after briefing proceeds into the park with an assigned ranger guide to commence trekking the gorilla through the thick bamboo forests. only 8 people are allowed to trek gorilla in the group trekking gorilla may take between 1hr. to 8hrs depending on the movements of the primates remember these are wild animals and their location is highly unpredictable, you will spend 1hr with them and you can take pictures and enjoy your adventure your cameras must not have a flash because this can trigger a violent reaction from the gorillas. after the exciting trek, you will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight



DAY 3

After having your breakfast leave the hotel to visit iby'iwacu cultural village where you will have a wonderful experience and learn all about Rwanda's traditional song and dance with drums, wear the traditional dress called umushanana, and experience archery and enjoy the local food and drink banana bear after that you will visit Ellen DeGeneres campus of Dian Fossey gorilla fund where you will learn about gorillas and Dian Fossey conservation.



DAY 4

After taking your breakfast drive to visit Roots of Nyabingi heritage center where you will be taught about the history of Rwanda's ancient beliefs and the history of Rwanda kings later drive back to Kigali to relax and overnight
