Noting that, the a lot of time investors have been spending in above mentioned activities would be attributed to other company’s deals like concentrating on evaluation of the business and minimizing other un necessary loss of time consumption that could result thereof. Furthermore, reduction of the time that people spend in legal process is a key indicator for the Justice Sector, though they understand even less about the legal process, this company will set up the strategies like private mediation and other ADR processes to secure time that people spend in legal systems where most of them just give up because of time consumption. A) General activities
- Providing services (i.e initiating, propose, connecting or networking, negotiate on behalf of the client on a business deal, process, follow up and give feedback on files or documents of firms National and International investors and of individuals). B) Specific Activities
- Management of personnel
- Contract drafting, internal rules and regulations and other managerial orders.
- Project proposal drafting as well as evaluation of Project implementation.
- Training the community on national laws and especially Gender based violence law, child
rights law and Land law,
-Advisory service and private mediation.
- Judicial procedures; filing cases, searching for imminent court date, summons, judgment copies, helping people to apply for legal personality as well as preparing pleadings and other necessary papers related to court.
- Providing man power
- Capacity building of personnel including trainings, workshops e.t.c
- Conducting research and draft research report but if the company wish to draft the report by their own we can only provide experienced data collectors.
- Hotel booking, providing transport means and itinerary services for non local clients.
- Events Management (organizing events) on behalf of clients like preparing conference
venues, inviting participants, distributing agenda e.t.c
- Advocacy for efficient service delivery on behalf of the client
