Lake Sundowner!

We love the idea of spending a night in Kibuye on Lake Kivu en-route from Nyungwe NP to Volcanoes NP.

Not only does it break up the long drive, it’s a the perfect place to rest your body after your Chimpanzee Trek and before your Mountain Gorilla Trek.

Swim, boat, eat, relax, and as the sun sets beautifully over the lake, grab a cold beer and say ahhh.
