It all began five decades ago when an ambitious dream turned into living reality. Our journey of success and proudest achievements has been very interesting and rewarding, and we are delighted to share it with you. Al Swayeh company for trade, agriculture and construction is one of the oldest and most prestigious construction companies in Saudi Arabia, where it’s roots to nearly half a
century as it was founded in 1963, and it’s always seeking for development, making it combines originality and experience long passed on from generation to generation, in addition to the usage of the latest construction methods and technology. The activities of the company are not limited to the Civil works, airports and water projects, Water waste, power plants and dams, but extends to the activities of specialized and complementary to the contracting activity such as ready-mixed concrete and complementary actions (finishes - carpentry - plumbing and electricity) and Business Electromechanical and others. The company is currently classified by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs as the following:

Efforts are concerted within the family of Al Swayeh company between the leadership and all employees, that totaling two thousand Almost, who are characterized by competence and seriousness deployed in more than 31 projects in Saudi Arabia and that to reach the highest and most comprehensive performance through follow-up training inside and outside the Kingdom. For nearly four years, an ambitious, experienced younger new management took over the company which jumped with company to the best ranks of the huge volume Saudi companies. And the existing projects during this period has grown steadily to become nearly 2.4 billion Saudi riyals. The new management has crystallized the company's vision to be one of the largest construction companies in KSA. In this area the company believes that this will be achieved through faith in the process of continuous development of human resources, and it is also keen on an ongoing basis and continuously to satisfy its customers through its commitment to provide a high level of services and products according to international quality standards. Al Swayeh Company believes that social responsibility is a sacred duty to contribute in terms of the many activities that help the local community in which to strengthen its role so that it could carry out its duties to the fullest.
