تقام (برامج النخبة للشباب) لفئة الشباب من عمر (12 – 22 سنة) وقد بدأنا بتنفيذها منذ صيف عام 2005م ليكون نقلة نوعية في آلية تنفيذ مثل هذه البرامج التي تُكسب الشباب الاعتماد على النفس وتطوير الذات من خلال المواقف اليومية والدورات المتخصصة ببناء الشخصية وتعليمهم مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية التي تساعدهم على التواصل مع الآخرين من خلال طرق ترفيهية تقنية تساعدهم على أن يمارسوا اللغة الإنجليزية وأن يعوّدوا أنف
سهم على التعامل مع الآخرين في المواقف المختلفة مع المتابعة الدقيقة من المشرفين التربويين المرافقين للطلاب خلال فترة سفرهم للخارج .
وأيضا يتخلل هذه البرامج العديد من الفقرات الرياضية والثقافية وزيارات للمتاحف العلمية والتاريخية والأماكن الترفيهية والمعالم السياحية المتميزة على مستوى العالم وهي محاطة بكل اهتمام من المؤسسات الثقافية والتعليمية والترفيهية والاجتماعية التي تجعل الطالب يقضي معظم الوقت بالنافع والمفيد لحاضره ومستقبله .

The (Elite Programs for Youth) to the category of young boys (12 - 22 years) has been held in several countries such as (Malaysia and Turkey, etc.) We have started to implement this program since the summer of 2005 and continuously to the year of 2014 (10th Season) which going to be a fantastic shift towards achieving this program. The program earns Youth self-reliance and self-development through everyday events and a specialized courses to build personality and teach them English language skills that will help them to communicate with others through an entertaining way technology to accustom themselves to deal with others in different prospects with close monitoring of professionals advisors who accompany the students during their travel. The program involves several activities such as sporting, cultural , visiting to scientific ,historical museums, and some of the high ranked people , as well as attending an outstanding entertaining venues and tourist attractions whom are surrounded by the attention from all the cultural, educational, recreational and social institutions that make the student spends most of the time in experimental and useful time. We are introducing to you this detailed presentation of the Elite Program in order to keep you informed on the value benefits that the students will get in return during this period of time of their life. • Intensive courses to teach English by some of the best English Language centers and officially approved.
• Courses in "Building Personality .. Leadership and Entrepreneurship" (workshops)

• The program focuses on Building Personality, self-development, and train students to become self-reliant, and give them the skills program to communicate with others, and a professional practice in the art of leading the team through the daily events ,short lectures and distribution groups.

دورات تطوير الذات وبناء الشخصية :
وهي مكونة من عدة دورات تعنى بجانب بناء الشخصية وتطوير الذات والتربية القيادية وتشمل تطبيقات عملية لما يتعلمه الأبناء في هذه الدورات ومدتها (50 ساعة) تدريبية . Courses in Self-development and in Building Personality:
It is made up of several courses dealing with building personality and self-development, leadership education and includes practice of assignments of what the students learn .
دورة اللغة الانجليزية:
من ضمن فقرات البرنامج دورة في اللغة الإنجليزية بمعدل 20 ساعة في الأسبوع ( من الاثنين إلى الجمعة) في أحد المعاهد المعتمدة والمعروفة بجودة التعليم ، حيث يجرى للطلاب اختبار تحديد مستواهم في اللغة وعلى ضوءه يتم توزيعهم على المستويات المناسبة لهم ويرافقهم المشرفون لمتابعتهم والعناية بهم ، ويمنح الطالب شهادة معتمدة في نهاية الدورة . English language course:
• From within the program agendas, course in English language for two weeks for 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday) at some of the best English language centers and officially approved and well known quality of education, whereas the test will be given to the students to determine their level and accordingly they will be distributed to the appropriate class by the elite supervisors to follow and take care of them, and the student is granted a certificate certified at the end of the session.
الرحلات السياحية والترفيهية :
يتخلل البرامج اليومية رحلات وزيارات لزيادة النشاط والتركيز ، فمنها ما يكون خلال أيام الأسبوع في الفترة المسائية ، ومنها ما يكون في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع . Tours and Entertainment:
The program contains also of a daily recreational and tourism trips to a number of places that features the availability of various entertainment styles, to increase the energy of students and their concentration in the scientific program and at the same time to amuse themselves. Moreover; there are trips on the weekends out of the city continue throughout the day.
البرنامج الثقافي والزيارات :
من أهم البرامج المصاحبة للبرنامج هي البرامج الثقافية ، حيث أن البرنامج الثقافي يشتمل على العديد من الدروس التربوية القصيرة يومياً ، وكذلك زيارات لبعض المراكز التعليمية أو الجامعات ، وزيارة بعض المتاحف والمراكز التي تعنى بالشؤون الثقافية . والاستماع إلى كلمات توجيهية من أصحاب المعالي السفراء أو الملحقين الثقافيين وبعض المستشارين وغيرهم ، وطرح بعض المناقشات معهم وتعويد الطلاب على الحوارات الراقية . Cultural program and visits:
One of the most important activity that comes with the program are the cultural programs, as the cultural program includes many short educational lessons, as well as visits to some educational centers or universities, some museums and centers dealing with cultural affairs as well as visiting some of the high ranked people , listen to their experience and guidance, and put the students in a discussion and dialogues with them to make them gain the knowledge and confidence.
البرنامج الرياضي :
يقام البرنامج الرياضي لعدة ساعات يومياً ، وتتنوع فقرات البرنامج بين كرة القدم والسباحة والمنافسات الرياضية الأخرى ، حيث يتم استئجار أماكن مخصصة ومجهزة لإقامة البرنامج الرياضي والمسابقات والمنافسات الرياضية المتنوعة . Athletic program:
Sports program is held for several hours a day, and the program vary between football and swimming and other sports competitions, where these activities are held in a designated equipped areas to establish a sports program, competitions and various sports competitions.
معايير اختيار الطلاب :
• أن يكون عمر الطالب مناسب للبرنامج
• موافقة ولي أمر الطالب .
• أن لا يقل تقدير الطالب عن (جيد ) في نهاية الفصل الأول لهذا العام .
• أن يكون الطالب حسن السيرة والسلوك ، ولا يوجد عليه ملاحظات سلوكية أو سوابق .
• أن يكون الطالب راغباً المشاركة في هذا البرنامج .
المستندات المطلوبة :
• شهادة حسن السيرة والسلوك من المدرسة .
• صورة جواز السفر ساري المفعول .
• إذن ولي الأمر للطالب بالسفر .
