The coolest nesting spot! White-tailed tropicbirds (Phaethon lepturus) use the base of tree trunks, fallen logs and rock ledges for nesting on Cousin Island. As the island is rat and predator free, they can nest on the ground. There's fierce competition for the best nesting spots with birds getting into fights that can sometimes be fatal.

28th November 2024 hatchling are due at Chalets d Anse Forbans. Today we helped Marine Conservation Society Seychelles (MCSS) in rehoming a turtle nest. So excited and will share updates. The nest has 148 eggs.
