In celebration of #WorldChefsDay on Sunday, 20th October, Chef Marcus Freminot and his dedicated team at CaranaBeach Hotel joined forces with Mason’s Travel and Hospitality Supplies Ltd (HSL) to create a memorable experience for the Lospitalite Tourism School Club from Mont Fleuri Primary School, adopted by Mason’s Travel.
The event was a great opportunity to inspire the next generation of chefs as the students were given insights into the passion, dedication, and creativity it takes to succeed in the culinary world. Chef Marcus and his team shared their personal stories and words of motivation.
The highlight of the morning was a lively and interactive “Live Cooking Session” by Chef Mario, where the students watched in awe as delicious bites were prepared.The room was filled with excitement as the young participants enjoyed the delectable creations, prepared by the talented chefs with care.
