THE design concept :
Sub basement floor is for the family use rooms , hall and dinning table. G.F. for reseption saloon, master bed room, kitchen and guest room with bath room. seprate spiral staircase for access from ground floor to sub basement floor, typical floors includes two flats each had two bed rooms & two bathrooms, kitchen, main hall, tarace.in additionto studio with duble bed & bath room with sitting area .
The 3D of building refining to client's idea to have a ship form at main elevation , south east elevation(view) so we made a different shapes of a ship volume to match the client's idea .

Our brief with mega food industries company included designed and constructed tow zones :

ZONE 1 :-
services buildings for employees which contains employeeschanging room, praying area, kitchen and cafeteria .
We designed it to accommodate 100 person using the same space at the same time smoothly and efficientl.

ZONE 2 :-
The platform of the workshop which included panels with smooth slope, expansion joints and tranches.

BASEMENT + G.F. +3 FLOORS

-The design requierment according to functions of the hospitals .

-At ground floor = 8 clinic, 4 bath rooms,emergencyclinic, waiting area and hospital main reception.

-At basement (hospital management and stores)=include:medical officer, hospital general management, secritary, medical stores and accountant office .

-At first floor are the patients special room and nursing.

-At second floor the several rooms for patients (4 per room).

-At the roof floor is cafeteria and seats for co.patients services

- THE MAIN DESIGN IDEA IS TO HAVE TWO SCHHOLS

At the area, one for girls and other for boys .
each had a gren yard at the middle of classes
all around with side of teacher's offices and student's toilets.
-Each class had 40 students (1m 2 per student)
so the class are 4o m2 .
- The west elevation is the main elevation we designed diffrennt form for it.
- Now all phase on is built (G.F.) of all
classes,offices and the shops at the main elevation.

- Total plot area is 2,497.5m2.
-Total built area is 1,706.035m2.

FUNCTION : MIXED USE (restaurant, cafe, multipurpose halls and training center ).

AREA : 160M

Ground floor : divided in to two zones the first one is for restaurant sitting area and toilets. the second is for kitchen, store, employees entrance, changing room and toilets.

First floor :contains cafe with indoor and outdoor sitting area, two multi-purpose halls, toilets and small office.
Second floor : contains training center , toilets and praying area . in addition to separate stair case which serve roof services .

THE MAIN DESIGN CONCEPT IS :

BASMENT & GROUND floor is for the family use, while the 1st &2nd and 3rd floors are for investment, they have tow flats per each floors.

THE basement is an entertaiment space includes : family dinning table, piano, billyard table, home theater and small bar for drinks.also maid room & ironning room .

Ground floor plan includes : saloon,two bed rooms, master bed room, kitchen ,bathroom also small garden and two parking area for two cars .

The first floor typically
include :two flats,each includes 3 bed rooms and kitchen, one had 3 bath rooms and another had 2 bath rooms and hall .

Private house in alkhartoum al ushara basment floor is for kids playing and stores Ground floor for family and guests which contains hall, kitchen ,dining,saloon and two guest rooms with bathrooms .

steps of work :-

1.Specify main functions of the teams using the space :

A.Navigators(six).
B.Analysis Team (four).
C.Technical Support Team (eight)
To be fitted in the area of (9*10)m2

2.primary design concepts displayed in four options (2D plan ).

3.Analyze the options above and choose the best one which fulfill all needs and requirements .

4.Develop the selected option according to functions and forms .

5. Bulid up the 3D views, using different colors and materials.

6.Design the interior roof plan according to the functions zones .

7.Layout the technical drawings of air conditioning,fire fighting,networking,glass partitoning,lighting systems and accoustics .

8.Redesign the service area (outdoor zone) two bathrooms .

9. out-ligning the specifications of whole fiftings in the area of the hall including furniture ,screens,boards.partitions,floors,ceilings,electricity items, .......etc,

Saloon (House) :-

-the main concept according to client luxierian saloon that to design decorative roof with lighting system coloured in match with the barke flooring (brown colour) and one side wall with barke too .

-we made two options (white+blue) colour combinations and (white + light green) combination .

-the client choose the (white + light green) combination .

LAWYER OFFICE :
At Gamhoria street, Kisha algaded building, 3rd floor .(6*10m2) area for interior design & layout the specific functions according to the MAIN

ZONES :
Main office : with : main office table + library +sofa 7m + file board 120cm + meeting table with 6 chairs.
-lawyers office : with partitoned workstation 6 tables + kitchenette + 2 files rakes

SECRETARY OFFICE :
with : secretery table + waiting area + water dispenser + 2 waiting chairs for customers .
-Decorative lighting system in the main office and simple lighting in the other zones .
-this design is applied already it start on april and end on june 2015 .
-now is already utilized.
