Evening walk in Edshult. This is the view we first saw 15 years ago driving up to .se after a long drive. And still it’s one of the best views ever 💙 also on a cloudy day!

It doesn’t matter which season it is…as soon as we arrive .se and it’s light…they go and check out ‘our’ lake. We lost count on how many times the walk ‘down’ is done. To take a look at the ice, checking out the dock, what’s temperature of the water to take a swim…in the summer 😅 to cross the lake by boat or just to sit in silence and enjoy the view. This morning this was my view when I walked down a few minutes behind them 💙

Since some years we ‘move’ from room to room while refreshing the house step by step. Overhama was build more then 100 years ago and has got a big history. It used to be a school, a elderly home, families where enjoying life here and the past 14 years it has been our happy place! A family holiday home 💙

Some times a dream project takes time. First knowing where and how to create a sauna…we 💙 sauna! Last year Andy started this project with help of friends and this is how it looks like to day…not finished yet but I can picture me enjoying it already…

Nature can be so mysterious…yesterday afternoon my sister captured this moment…so beautiful! What you may not know is that our home in Sweden is a familyhome which we share with my sisters family and our mom. And we love to invite friends and family 💙

Autumn…you can feel the crispy air but still stay warm with these nice colors…lot’s of colors 😊 We haven’t been .se to often in October and November but since the past three years we finally did and it so beautiful 🍁
