🎄christmas market at old town square, watch the twinkling tree in the evening & listen to a musical performance
🏰 castle on the hill & catch a beautiful view of the city
🧖♀️ wellness spa where you can bathe in yeast traditionally used for brewing beer @originalbeerspa
☕️ have coffee and bakeries at an old cafe, for instance @cafeimperial_praha - taste vetrnik (delicious!)
📚 visit the beautiful library at klementinum

🚂 Day 1: York
Start your journey in York, exploring its medieval streets and historic landmarks like the York Minster. Don’t forget to visit shambles which looks like a real life diagon alley ✨
🚂 Day 2: Settle-Carlisle Scenic Route & Glasgow
Take the stunning Settle-Carlisle route, then continue to Glasgow to explore its vibrant culture and architecture.
🚂 Day 3-4: Edinburgh
Travel to Edinburgh, soak up the city’s charm, and enjoy afternoon tea at the stunning @thedomeedinburgh and also visit the castle.
🚂 Day 5: Inverness
Journey through the Scottish Highlands to Inverness, with breathtaking mountain views along the way 🏔️
🚂 Day 6-7: Fort William & Glenfinnan Viaduct (Harry Potter Train)
Catch the Jacobite Steam Train over the Glenfinnan Viaduct before taking the Caledonian Sleeper back to London. OR like we did, catch the Scot rail train which is super cheap!
🌙 During end of day 7 - catch the night train to London by @caledoniansleeper
🚂 Day 8: Oxford
Spend your final day exploring Oxford, its historic university, and stunning architecture. And many Harry Potter locations here you need to visit!

Autumn travel idea: First class sleeper experience between Germany and Austria 🌙💭
This train takes you to Vienna or Innsbruck from Hamburg and back. Board at 20.00 and arrive at 09.00 in the morning
~ Check in and open your goodie bag which contains a sleeper mask, earplugs, candies, slippers and your breakfast card
~ upon arrival you get served some sparkling drinks 🍸
~ the room has a toilet, shower, basin and small table
~ make sure to download movies before boarding as the internet is a bit unstable. Enjoy your movie and drinks and most of all, the view

• Train from Oslo at 7:58
• Lunch & ice cream in Gothenburg

• Take the train to copenhagen at 1340
• Stay in Copenhagen and explore the city’s amazing restaurants and bars

🌖 Day 2 Copenhagen - Hamburg - Vienna
• Train at 13 to Hamburg
• Dinner in Hamburg
• Night train to Vienna board at 20
🌖 Day 3 Vienna - Graz - Ljubljana
• Vienna at 9 in the morning
• Magical train ride Vienna - graz - Ljubljana
• we even had lunch and beer through the alpes 🥹🍺
• Arrived at ca 1730 and explored the city
😭🌙 wow one of my favourite cities! Cinema under the stars at the castle and amazing food were on the menu
🌖 Day 4 Ljubljana - Rijeka
• Take a 2 hour train through Slovenia and Croatian coastline
• Arrive in Rijeka and paradise 🌞💭
You can go slower than this. We actually stayed two nights in Slovenia and then it didn’t feel as intense 🥰
