Church in the North Wood church for year-round rental. Skiing in winter. Sleeps 10-16. Huge church hall and altar intact. Idyllic location between mountain and lake. Or just chill. X

The Church in the North. Year-round retreat for spiritual revitalization. Boat, beach, bike and hike in summer. By a lake beneath the mountain, its idyllic location offers up the magic of the wilds of the north all year round. From an never-setting sun at midsummer to a wilderness of white in darkest winter. The skiing season stretches through until Easter and beyond. The promise of ever-fresh sno

w in January turns to basking in glorious sunshine in April. But perhaps its most beautiful moment is in the russets, oranges and golds of the fall. Friends can stay at the Church at cost. Leave it as you found it. Bring your own bedding. Cleaning can be arranged at cost. You pay for electricity, water & heating. Ski gear can be borrowed free in winter. Nearest resort is directly behind the Church. Ten minutes by car up the mountain. We ski at Sälen (1-1.5 hrs away) and Branäs (45 mins by car). The church is generally booked up in high season: end of June to end of August, Xmas & New Year, Spring half term weeks and Easter. So it's pretty difficult to offer to lose income during those periods. But out of season we can offer great deals to our Facebook friends.
