Our ambition is to offer products and experiences that promote the good life. Living here in the beautiful countryside of Dalsland gives us lots of inspiration we’d like to share with others. Inspiration gathered from the amazing rural environments found in the Swedish countryside. Our sheep on our ecological farm do a great job in keeping the landscape open as w
ell as providing us with meat and wonderful sheepskins. Stay in one of the off-grid hermitage cabins and enjoy good food from the farm. The original Skipper’s cottage rebuilt in 1870 can be rented for a relaxing holiday. Only 100m to the water with both fishing and swimming possibilities and with fantastic surroundings - we think you'll love it. Make life a little more enjoyable - Welcome to the good life! Jordhälsa är en av det sakerna som vi sätter högt på vår lista här på gården. I år arbetar vi därför med kor istället för får, för att bygga upp jordhälsan.

Visste du att betesdjur ökar den biologiska mångfalden. Inte bara i sig själva och den träck dom sprider. Dom ger förutsättningar för många växter att kunna växa. Jämför man en bit av marken i naturbeten med de vanligt igenvuxna markerna som vi ser som oftast, upptäcker man många fler arter.
Där många är beroende av betesdjur.
Du som äter kött välj naturbeteskött från Sverige, det gör skillnad. Här kan du både uppleva och smaka på den skillnaden.

Did you know that each lamb is given an ID number? Today we numbered the first lambs but there are still lots left that haven’t been born yet.
This is a hectic but fantastic time of the year when nature comes back to life and lambing is a part of the Spring feeling.
Give us a call if you want to visit during Easter and we can open the Sheepskin showroom, LAMMBODEN, where you can even buy lambs meat.

ARE YOU A FARMER?
What do you produce? Are you a meat farmer, milk farmer or do you produce grains?
How do we answer? We are not any of those.
We are Regenerative farmers. Producing earth and increasing the process of the ecological system. Our goal is not increasing production or the needs of the market.
Our work involves improving the earth so that it can withstand changes in climate such as heavy rainfall or extreme dry periods. Earth which is full of life gives us clean water, birds in the forest and green pastures full of insects and wild flowers.
But you have sheep, hens and ducks. Yes, grazing animals are a fundamental part of the process and give us meat, eggs, vegetables and sheepskin which in turn gives us the ability to pay our bills.
We work as Regenerative farmers increasing biological diversity and increasing life all around us.
Come and stay here in an off-grid Hermitage and maybe you can feel the difference.
