🌌 As the Spring Equinox approaches, we’re entering a period of heightened solar activity, which means a greater chance of seeing the Northern Lights in the coming weeks—if the clouds let us!🤞

The equinox marks the time when day and night are equal in length, and it also brings increased geomagnetic activity. This disturbance, combined with the tilt of the Earth’s axis, aligns us in just the right position to "accept" solar particles, leading to more intense Aurora Borealis displays. 🌍✨

With higher geomagnetic storms during this period, the solar wind and Earth’s magnetic field work together to create an ideal environment for the Northern Lights. Plus, with warmer temperatures in spring, your aurora-viewing experience will be more comfortable—though you might need to stay up a little later as the days get longer!
