Autumn is here and the darkness is returning. From the end of August, it is dark enough to see the northern lights with some luck and clear skies. Luleå is a wonderful northern lights destination and our friends at Brändön Lodge have some of the best views in Swedish Lapland. Here is a photo from one of our guided tours when passing the church in the World Heritage Gammelstad Church Village.
