We offer additional travel-related concierge services around the clock.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Air Charter Broker with a focus on after-hours (1600 - 2400 Zulu) and Weekend services, assisting our experienced daytime brokers in preparing and handling incoming requests. The Air Charter Broker will be responsible for facilitating private air travel arrangements through Avinode- and offline outreach to operators, negotiating with carriers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues. The broker is involved in the whole chain of events from request to operations.
Base salary + variable compensation after successful flights.
Qualifications
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English plus an additional language
Cultural sensitivity
Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry practices
Experience in sales
Exceptional at customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Meritorious knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related field
Proficiency in Office, Google Workspace, Hubspot, Avinode and booking systems
