Reducing the total weight of the vehicle not only reduces fuel costs, a lower weight also means lower CO2 emissions.

If you have 400 vehicles in your fleet you could save 87 tonnes of CO2 emissions over 3 years.

Assuming the vehicle’s weight was reduced by 44kg in the conversion, and each vehicle drives 35,000 km per year, CO2 emissions would be reduced by up to 87 tonnes over a three-year period*.�
