SHORE EXCURSION OPERATOR/DISPATCHER FOR CRUISESHIP

We are currently looking for a Shore Excursion Dispatcher responsible for our cruise line clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Shore Excursion Dispatcher, you will be acting as a company representative and be in charge of coordinating, supervising the shore excursion operations at the pier and reporting to the main office during the day when the ship is in port.

Job Period
The job’s assignments extend mainly to those specific dates that our ships / customers are in Port, during the whole cruise season 2022, from the period between May until October Around 20 calls in total, half of which extends from September to October.

Skills needed:
Fluent in English, additional language(s) is an advantage. Good knowledge of Danish language is considered a plus.
High work capacity, work ethic and ability to keep focus under high pressure.
Flexibility in working hours.
Leadership, human resourcing, team worker, service minded, ability to multitask, problem solving orientated.
Excellent organizational & communication skills.
Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel primarily).
Previous experience in Cruise Line industry is consider a plus.

We are currently looking for a Shore Excursion and Turnaround Manager (based in Stockholm) for our cruise line clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Shore Excursion Manager, you will be acting as Company Representative and be in charge of coordinating, supervising the shore excursion operations at the pier and reporting to the Main Office during the day of the call.
You will also be responsible for the Turnaround operations (guests embarkation at the beginning of the cruise/disembarkation at the end of the cruise) at the pier and at the airport. For this you will be in close contact with the cruise ship as well as cruise line headquarters, port, and airport authorities. You will recruit, supervise, and coordinate a team of approximately 50 people between port and airport.
Skills:
Fluent in English, additional language(s) is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish language is considered a plus
High work capacity and ability to keep focus under high levels of stress
Flexibility in working hours
Leadership, human resourcing, working well in a team, service minded, being able to multitask, problem-solver

DESTINATION MANAGER FOR CRUISE SHIPS

We are currently looking for several Destination Managers (based in Malmö) for our cruise line clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Destination Manager will be in charge of communication and preparation of cruise calls for various cruise lines as well as preparing excursion programs in his/her assigned ports.
The Destination Manager will be in charge of contacting the different suppliers and venues in his/her assigned ports in order to plan the cruise ship guest visits, to issue the bookings for the whole season and keep the suppliers/venues updated regarding onboard sales closed to call date.
The Destination Manager will be also coordinating (from office) with the company representative at the pier, during the operation on the day of call.
Skills:

Järnpojke or Iron Boy, in English known as the "little boy who looks at the moon" is a sculpture in Gamla stan (Old Town) of Stockholm by Liss Eriksson, which is only 15 centimetres high and therefore is the smallest public monument of Stockholm.

The sculpture is located behind the Finnish Church, which is only few meters off the Stockholm Palace, however hard to find due to secluded location of the place.

In winter, the little boy is also to be found wearing winter hat and scarf. The sculpture is described in very few tourist guides and is therefore considered "secret" tourist attraction.

📍Blasieholmen is a peninsula in central Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪 It is located east of Kungsträdgården. Originally a small island, named Käpplingen, it became a peninsula, connected to Norrmalm, during the 17th century. Among the buildings at Blasieholmen are the Nationalmuseum, hotels and office buildings.
