"Sleep on a raft on Lake Orsa!"
Kungshaga Outdoor Floating Hotel Room is a double room for 2 persons (ca. 12sqm), on a raft which is anchored in the sheltered waters of the island Laduholmen in Lake Orsa. The Floating Room is equipped with a toilet and sink with running freshwater and a refrigerator. In the corner of the bedroom is a small seat with table located. When laying on your bed, you can oversee your surroundings via the narrow windows in the side walls or have an amazing view through the glass entrance door. A 12V DC electrical system is fitted for the reading lamps & lights and there is USB connection available to charge your mobile phone. For enjoying the view and experiencing the nature, which is right at your doorstep, we have 2 fold up chairs on board, so you can sit outside on the small sundeck (ca. 4,5sqm) and the de-stress can begin!

"Go on a Moose Safari Tour with Kurbits & Vildmark!"
Björn will be your guide for the evening. Around 7pm (as from 16th August, at 6.30pm) he comes to pick you up at your hotel in Orsa/Mora for a guided “moose safari” tour. Björn has a great knowledge of Dalarna´s wildlife an he will take you on a tour over dirt roads and tracks deep into Orsa´s northern forest, searching for all kinds of wildlife. The aim is to spot “the king of the forest”, the moose! Björn will continue with his interesting stories around a camp-fire whilst having a cup of coffee somewhere in the middle of the forest. You will be brought back to your hotel at the end of the tour.

“Hike Orsa´s highest mountain with a true local guide, born and bred in Orsa!”
Your guide Kristina, with a background as agronomist and teacher, will be able to explain to you more about the landscape, nature and culture in our area. One of Kristina´s hiking tours brings you to the Korpimäki nature reserve. She will take you to the top of the highest mountain (732m) in Orsa, with interesting and exciting things to explore on your way up! Tours are adapted to the group and are fairly easy going. Please bring your own lunch package with you and appropriate clothing & shoes are required.
Price (2018): Korpimäki 6hr. tour 650SEK/adult or 100SEK/child up to 16yr, coffee included. Book your tour not later than 10am, one day in advance (call Kristina: +46-(0)703050524). Minimum age 12 years.

“Book a guided canoe or kayak tour and enjoy the views from the water!”
Your guide Pauwel will teach you some paddle techniques and how to control the boat, before setting course to an uninhabited island in Lake Orsa. Here you will have a “light” lunch and even the possibility to take a refreshing dip. The tour takes about 3hrs.
Price: 600SEK/person including a lunch package and a “free gift”.
