WORKOUT WEEK!

Join for a full week of exercise and wellbeing together with like-minded. Start the day with a run or finish the day with a cycling trip. Or start the day with a yoga session, breathing exercises and stretching and finish the day with a hiking in the mountain with a sunset you could only dream of.

Use the time to learn about your body, nutrition and how to get stronger or get to know your body through activities where mindfulness is key such as yoga, stretching, breathing, pilates and massage.

You brain is key so make sure to take care of it!

Training, however you prefer, is something that will increase your concentration, focus and learning abilities. It will energise you and make you sleep better. Together with the correct nutrition it can do wonders for your wellbeing and mental health.

PHOTOGRAPHY MASTERCLASS

The French Riviera is like a smorgasbord for a keen photographer, no matter the level, there as so much beauty around! The light, the buildings, narrow streets and little villages. The temper of the sea and what the wind can do to it. The clothes, fashion and the different personalities that comes with it. The hard, cold metal that give the shape to the most expensive toys. France, the land of culinary art! Can you take a photo so well so I can taste the flavours in my mouth when I see it?
The mountains and the views, the sunsets and the sunrises that takes the breathe out of you.

You do not need to be advanced or even a semi-professional to join but you do need to have a camera! We wish for you to bring your own DSLR camera when you join us.
This will be a few days focusing on light, time and composition.

Some of the incredible photographers down here is Fotograf Liisa Eelsoo (Sweden), Carl Thomson Photography , Linda Scuizzato Photography (Italy), Peter Horton (UK) and Melissa Cotrim (Brasil) - but they can all be seen in action in the south of France!

WEEKEND IN PROVENCE

This long weekend in June, arriving on a Friday and leaving on a Monday, will be filled with things that are good for the soul. Beautiful things, tasty things, things that smells good, interesting things and extraordinary things. It will make you feel special, warm your heart and be surrounded by beauty and someone you love.

You can extend your stay if you want to stay longer, before and/or after, either to go off on your own or maybe add some of the add-ons listed.
Maybe a helicopter ride over the French Riviera or a romantic picnic in between the wines. Maybe you have a thing for very good wines, why not add a full day with a sommelier! This could be the perfect way to fill up that wine fridge at home for those warm summer evenings to come...
The sky is the limit! And I am here to provide the rocket!

Spring is coming and with that I would like to give you some interesting ideas what to do this year together with someone very dear, in this case it is together with your dear mother or your adult daughter(s).

Yes, these days can be fully customised for you after your hobbies. Anything from calm and relaxing to extreme sports - whatever floats your boat and make you two enjoy your time together.

You might even be a group of friends who all have daughters in the same age that know each other. Come and do this together! Perfect to celebrate life together or why not someones birthday. Who doesn't want France as present?
