Cykling tours in Colombia

For those who want to cover ground but still enjoy local atmosphere and colour, our road tours stick to well-paved roads while still encompassing varied scenery and a huge range of cultural experiences. While the distances on road trips are adapted to the topography of the stage our road trips are an excellent way to maintain or regain your fitness level while enjoying a

fantastic holiday. We suggest riding a road bike and a support vehicle will follow the group with basic mechanical service, water, energy drinks, fruits and Bocadillos (Colombian energy bar). Colombia Bike Tours was founded from a passion for traveling, visiting new places, meeting new people, escaping from the crowds, experiencing nature and most importantly - a passion for doing all of these things on a bike. Road Biking allows you to be part of a postcard and the slow pace of travel allows one to really appreciate the environment through which we are traveling. The satisfaction and sense of achievement after tackling a steep ascent makes the breathtaking views that more spectacular as you have earned them. The aim of Colombia Bike Tours is to offer unique cycling adventure holidays that provide an alternative view of the host country's landscape, culture and cuisine along with safe, fun, exciting and challenging bike tours. Born in Neiva, Colombia and living in Sweden since 1992 he found the passion for cycling in 2010. In February 2016 Harvey decided to arrange a bike holiday in his country. He quickly got in touch with two passionate Colombian cyclists who introduced him to the fantastic world of road biking in Colombia. Now Harvey is eager to share these experiences with all bike lovers around the world. We are proud to combine our passion for cycling with the beauty of our country. Harvey is also the co-founder and owner of Stockholm Salsa Dance, one of the biggest dance schools in Stockholm and has a lot of experience organizing dance events and dance trips. After numerous years of working and developing his love for dancing, Harvey now wants to show his beloved Colombia to the world and share the beauty of doing it on a bike.

The air thins, the climb bites, yet the views turn magical—endless mountains, clouds within reach. Here, every struggle is matched by the beauty around me. This is why we ride.
