Welcome aboard on m/s Riddarholmen at Skeppsbron this Wednesday, January 29th for the After work of the year!
Doors are open from 17.30-21:00. Free entrance, food and drinks will be available for purchase and live music performance by the band NWF.

Om företaget:

Red City Buses är ett internationellt sightseeingbolag som bedriver verksamhet i flera europeiska länder. Verksamheten består av Hop-On-Hop-Off bussar- och båtar, turistattraktioner och butiker som säljer biljetter till samtliga attraktioner.

På grund av vår verksamhetsnatur är vår högsäsong under juni till augusti, vilket innebär att vi behöver ha full bemanning under denna period. Dock är arbetstiderna och arbetsplats flexibla under förutsättningar att deadlines och resultat uppnås.

Nu växer vårt team och vi söker en Operation Coordinator till vårt Stockholmskontor.

Om tjänsten:

Din vardag kommer bland annat bestå av schemaläggning för våra busschaufförer och transporter.
Arbetet består även av att stötta företaget i att rekrytera busschaufförer och att vara ett dagligt stöd vid enklare personalrelaterade och administrativa frågor.

Du kommer att utgå från vårt centrala kontor beläget i Gamla Stan. Där kommer du att arbeta tätt tillsammans med och rapportera till vår Operations Director och även ha en regelbunden dialog med vår Operational Supervisor för planering och schemaläggning.

Vem är du?
Trivs du i en koordinerande och serviceinriktad roll? Är du strukturerad och duktig på att kommunicera på flera olika kontaktytor?
Då kommer du att trivas i rollen som Operations Coordinator hos oss på Red City Buses.
Vi ser det som en stor fördel att du har erfarenhet av liknande arbete, bransch eller uppgifter. Som person är du serviceinriktad och har lätt för att leverera resultat kopplat till mål och deadlines.
Du är noggrann och säkerställer att berörda avdelningar och kollegor får rätt information i rätt tid.

Då företaget befinner sig i en spännande tillväxtfas finns det möjlighet att utvecklas både inom rollen och inom företaget.

Övrig information:
Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med 6 månaders provanställning.
