As part of OCBC's regional launch for OCBC LeAP (Learning Agility Power!)... This may seem like a small gesture, but it means a lot to us… we had 5 solid full days of Training Needs Anlysis focus groups at Marina Bay Sands Singapore and just as adrenaline was running a little low on the fifth day, we got a box of chocolates and this beautiful card from one of our focus group participants! ❤️ Considering it was a short 90 mins of engagement, this note really helped give us a pet on our backs. Thank you Ren, thank you MBS Singapore, we will develop and deliver great stuff for you and your wonderful team!

As the year draws to a close, there is a natural propensity to reflect on the ups and downs, achievements, and challenges that define this time of year. When you truly begin to look back, what was accomplished back in January now seems so distant.

To conclude the year, all of us at MCLS sincerely want to take this moment to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our amazing clients and partners. Your trust and support have been invaluable to us this year. We've had the privilege of collaborating on numerous fun and interesting training projects with everyone and creating impactful learning solutions that made a difference. A very big and heartfelt, “Thank you.”

As we approach the final weekend of the year, let us all take a deep breath, celebrate the year we have just had, give ourselves a pat on the back for the projects launched and milestones reached (or reaching), and just take it all in!

Very excited to share that we have launched two new corporate “pet and human” training programmes!
